根据中国有关法律，变更名称后的股份公司全面继承原来公司的资产、业务、商业关系以及债权债务等，公司运营不受影响。

As one of the main comprehensive service providers of electronic test and measurement area in China, beginning from June 29th, 2009, BOJ will formally operate as a joint stock limited company, which is based on the long-term future business development and confidence, with the unanimous decision of the board of BOJ, and the approval of the Beijing Municipal Commission of Commerce and Beijing Administration for Industry and Commerce. The new Chinese name is“北京东方中科集成科技股份有限公司”,the English name remain unchanged.
According to the relevant Chinese laws, this change in the name of the joint-stock company comprehensively inherited after the original of the assets of the company, business and commercial relations and debts, company operation is not affected.
